Why data is processed
We use personal data to manage accounts, event registration, payments and factura requests when applicable, invitations, attendance, QR credentials, badges, certificates, support, security, auditing, and necessary transactional event communications.
Data categories
The platform may process identity, contact, professional, institutional, registration, attendance, payment, billing, certificate, support, and technical security information that is relevant to the services a person uses.
Service providers and communications
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, payment, email, translation, and other essential platform operations. IASSIPC does not use this required authorization for promotional marketing and does not sell personal data.
Retention
Records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the account and events, provide certificates and support, protect platform security, and meet applicable contractual, financial, audit, or legal obligations. Some operational records may be anonymized rather than deleted.
